ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CONTRACTS


A contract will only be formed when we manually confirm your order by email or when your order is despatched. Receipt of an automatic email when placing your order does not constitute a contract and will not be binding on either party.

Non acceptance of an order may happen due to any of the following:

  • Product being unavailable from stock
  • Us being unable to get authorisation for your payment
  • Us being unable to contact you by phone or email using the information you have provided in your order
  • Us being unable to verify you billing or delivery address
  • Any discrepancies in your order
