Standard delivery within the UK is FREE. Orders are dispatched by 1st Class post and usually arrive within 2 working days from dispatch.

All ties are sent out in padded jiffy bags. Each tie comes in a see through cellophane bag, Most of these orders fit through a normal letter box; however if your order is more than 3 ties, we recommend that there is someone available to take delivery. Any attempts for re-delivery that may have to be arranged may be chargeable to the customer.

We may offer any products on sale at reduced prices from time to time. All items offered are in new condition unless stated otherwise. These special offers and reduced prices may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Requests for sale at reduced prices will not be entertained after a special offer has been withdrawn.

Tie Studio Retail is primarily a UK based business. All goods and services are priced in British Pounds Sterling £. For overseas customers paying by credit/ debit cards, the amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed. For goods shipped outside the UK, there will be shipping and insurance charges based on Royal Mail or charges made by a courier service.
